Shipping Policy

On business days, orders placed prior to 12pmET will ship the same business day. All other orders will ship the next business day. Allow 3-7 business days for receipt of your order via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. The chosen carrier is at our discretion. Expect a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders valued more than $50 ship for FREE to the USA and Armed Forces Americas, Europe and Pacific. Otherwise flat rate shipping to the USA and Armed Forces Americas, Europe and Pacific is $10.

Orders valued more than $100 ship for FREE to Mexico and Canada. Otherwise flat rate shipping to Mexico and Canada is $20.

Return Policy

We offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Customer Service with your proof of purchase for assistance. Customer Service will provide return instructions. Items returned to Customer Service without first requesting assistance won't be accepted.

Digital, custom and personal care products and electronic gift cards are non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Allow 7-10 business days for the return to appear on your account. We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
