No, we use gluconolactone and sodium benzoate (GSB), a food-grade preservative, to protect our products from spoilage. GSB is both mild and effective, and accepted by Ecocert for certified organic cosmetics.

It's best to store our products in a cool, dry place, and no refrigeration is required.

Always monitor our products for changes in color, texture and smell.

What's your shipping policy?

On business days, orders placed prior to 12pmET will ship the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day. Allow 3-7 business days for receipt of your order via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. The chosen carrier is at the discretion of Customer Service.

Expect a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders valued at $50 and up ship for FREE to the USA! Otherwise flat rate shipping to the USA is $10.

Customer Service will provide return instructions. Items returned to Customer Service without first requesting assistance, won't be accepted.
